The reception staff offered helpful service.
The air conditioning was quite loud. The bed had springs that caused disturbance with any movement. The tram passing by created noticeable vibrations.

the reception team was good. they were utterly helpful during my quick stay.
The room was tiny for 2 adults and a teenager. water pressure was terrible in our room. the shower head was also terrible. I did not enjoy the shower at all.

spacious room restful sleep helpful staff
the rooms are spacious and i had a very restful sleep. the tram stops right outside and this made getting around easy. front desk staff were kind and helpful too.

convenient stay near garibaldi station

great selection food option food market direct access
the hotel is very close to garibaldi station. tram number 2 runs straight into the city center. the purple metro line offers direct access to san siro stadium. i found many food options around the area and a 24-hour food market (very useful). the breakfast had a really great selection.
I noticed the air conditioning unit was a little strange. It got quite warm overnight.

the hotel offered a good breakfast with many choices it was a perfect start to my days exploring the surrounding area the staff at the reception desk were always very helpful and super nice to me. the hotel's location is great and close to a big train station that was super convenient for my travel plans
my room was a bit noisy i could constantly hear the trains nearby
